TIP SHEET

• Assembly and disassembly of furniture (beds, computer desks, mirrors on dressers, hutches, exercise equipment, cribs, etc.).
• Appliances: unhook hoses water lines, gas lines, doors on refrigerators and freezers (all gas lines need to be capped).
• Boxes can be stacked in areas on 1st floor or garage to save time (up from basement, down from upper floors) Label and closed.
• Homeowner can move small plants, lamps, pictures, clothes, small electrical equipment, computers, stereos, etc.
• Apartment or office moves: try to reserve closest access parking for time of move.
• Moves into storage: have available plenty of covering for furniture (blankets, sheets, pads, etc.)
